Nestled on 189 acres of pristine land and surrounded by 250,000 acres of Corcovado National Park, this region is home to 2.5% of the planet’s biodiversity—making it one of the most ecologically rich areas on Earth. Our eco-friendly rooms, built using natural fibers and wood, blend harmoniously with 500-year-old trees and ancient jungle surroundings. We’re proud that 80% of our operations are powered by clean energy, using a combination of solar panels and a hydroelectric plant to minimize our environmental footprint.

We’ve been awarded the highest level of Certification for Sustainable Tourism (CST), and we are deeply committed to responsible travel that supports both nature and local communities—ensuring every stay creates meaningful impact. Through our Every Stay Does Good® program, each visit contributes to positive change: supporting over 187,000 teens through the We Well-being program and planting more than 196,000 trees in reforestation projects worldwide in partnership with One Tree Planted.

Our Blue Warriors program teaches English and sustainable tourism to Costa Rican children, equipping them with skills for future opportunities while promoting environmental awareness and cultural preservation.

At SCP Corcovado, we proudly embrace a regenerative tourism model. Through our Citizen Science program, guests can take part in hands-on educational experiences such as beach cleanups, whale monitoring with Innoceana, and wildlife research on species like jaguars and pumas with Namma Conservation—helping protect regional biodiversity while inspiring environmental stewardship.

SCP Corcovado offers 30 guest rooms—20 with jungle views and 10 with ocean views—as well as two pools, a gym, a meeting center, medical care at our on-site clinic, and trails both within our property and with direct access to Corcovado National Park via the San Pedrillo Ranger Station.
