
The Oberoi, Marrakech Launches New Lunch and Dinner Menus at Tamimt
The new year starts with a refreshed menu of classic favourites, reimagined with a distinctive Oberoi flavour.

Tamimt restaurant at The Oberoi, Marrakech launches brand new menus for lunch and dinner. Inspired by comfort foods from Morocco, the Mediterranean and Asia, with a subtle focus on healthy eating and locally sourced ingredients, these new menus are exquisite examples of master craftsmanship that prioritise unforgettable guest experiences.
Imbibed with the ambience of a majestic dining room, Tamimt at The Oberoi, Marrakech is an opulent venue to share a meal with family and friends. Guests can choose between comfortable tables inside the restaurant, framed by hand painted frescoes and crystal chandeliers, or seats on the open air terrace, with views of the Atlas Mountains. Oberoi chefs are at hand to cater to individual preferences from their gourmet show kitchens, with a sensitivity for guests’ needs that is the signature of every Oberoi experience.
The new menus feature a wide selection ‘from the garden’, with seasonal ingredients grown organically onsite. Classic Moroccan tagines - redefined with an Oberoi twist - sit alongside risottos, handmade gnocchi and nasi goreng. There is also a large selection of mains from the Japanese Kamado – a grill known to enhance the natural flavour of meats and fish while expending minimal fuel, for delectable yet environmentally-friendly cooking.
The menus also include an exciting dessert selection. Highlights include espresso tiramisù, muhalabia milk pudding with lavender honey and fruit minestrone. There is also a comprehensive children’s menu, with a choice of what parents would like their little ones to eat, as well as what the children might prefer. A choice of foods for infants is offered with heartfelt compliments.
