WindEurope returns to Bella Center Copenhagen for the 7th time!
In April 2025, Bella Center Copenhagen proudly hosted WindEurope, one of Europe’s leading wind energy events, welcoming over 16,000 delegates from across the globe. From its inaugural edition at Bella Center in 2005 to this milestone year, WindEurope has grown into a flagship event for the wind industry — and a natural fit for Copenhagen.
Denmark is a global frontrunner in wind energy and green innovation, making it a fitting home for a conference dedicated to accelerating the renewable energy transition. Hosting WindEurope in the Danish capital reflects the country’s long-standing commitment to sustainability, as well as the region’s leadership in fostering clean-tech collaboration.
Delivering large-scale impact required precise coordination and sustainable practices. The event spanned 30,000 m² of exhibition space, served lunch to 4,000 attendees daily, laid 13,000 m² of recyclable carpet (later turned into granulate for the automotive industry), installed 500 rigging points, and utilized 83 meeting rooms, including 35 custom-built spaces.
"WindEurope 2025 was a true showcase of what’s possible when innovation, sustainability, and collaboration come together," said Maiken Schultz - International Senior Sales Manager, Bella Center Copenhagen. "We’re honored to continue supporting the global wind energy community."
With its scale, relevance, and sustainable execution, WindEurope 2025 was not just a success for the industry — but a proud moment for Denmark's ambitions on renewable energy.
