Jessica Lykins is the director of event experience at the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), where she leads the design and delivery of global conferences that connect the legal tech community through meaningful, relevant content. She focuses on integrating strategic programming with evolving formats—virtual, hybrid and in-person—to meet the needs of a diverse, international audience.

With more than a decade in event management, Jessica brings experience from roles at ConferenceDirect, where she managed large-scale events, complex housing logistics, and virtual platform strategy for associations and corporate clients. She also held convention services roles with the Cincinnati Convention & Visitors Bureau and Hyatt Regency hotels in St. Louis and Cincinnati.

Jessica has planned events for groups ranging from 50 to more than 10,000 attendees and has a strong track record of aligning content strategy with audience engagement goals.

Outside work, she’s a single mother to two beautiful girls, a live music enthusiast and a frequent traveler who finds joy in connecting people and creating memorable experiences—both on and off the clock.
