Rainer has been successful in the industry for more than 15 years creating holistic customer journeys for event planning clients. He is currently advising customers on the realization of international events and the use of AI-driven event performance analytics platforms: Flow Management, Sentiment Analytics, Crowd Management and Smart Security Management.

He has in-depth knowledge of current topics in the industry, which he has actively promoted over the last few years (Future Meeting Space, CO2 footprint for events, AI for event managers, ...) combined with a corresponding reputation in the scene. This also includes the changing success factors for successful events and the increased demands in the area of service culture.

Rainer has a proven track record of developing customer strategies and leading customer facing teams. Prior to joining KFP/Encore, Rainer served as VP Sales for large IT service providers in the field of Systems Integration und Managed Services. Rainer graduated Karlsruhe Institute of Technology with a master’s degree in engineering and business administration.
