Stylianos Filopoulos is Greek, based in Brussels, and works worldwide. He is the founder and Managing Director of the consultancy firm Association By Design. He enjoys working with multistakeholder groups to foster shared understanding and help them reach their objectives.

Over his 20-year career, he has spearheaded several associations as CEO and board director, developing impactful strategies and driving change. Since 2020, he has provided strategic guidance, management and operational support to diverse trade associations, professional societies and NGOs.

He has worked with several organizations to design and organize their congresses and workshops, and he is a certified facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.

He likes architecture and philosophy. He has four academic degrees in food technology, wine management, European studies and international association management, and has completed training in design thinking and living labs.
