Justine has over 30 years’ experience in events delivering a wide range of events and special projects. With AA her role has started as the head of MICE division being promoted in 2020 to General Manager of Arabian Adventures DMC. Her responsibilities include strategy, planning and developing new opportunities; staff management; managing supplier relationships and budgets. Justine is now responsible for MICE, Leisure Groups and Local Corporate Events.
Originally from Australia, with 16 years in the region Justine has enjoyed all aspects of the industry from hotels, convention centres, corporate client and DMC.
