I set up Hello Scotland in 1996 and from Day 1 my mission was to create the best DMC in the country. Size was never the important matter as being personal was, in my opinion, one of the main keys to sustainable success. Year 27 now and I am still the same enthusiastic person as I was on Day 1, embracing every month now with the same passion as I always did and realising, I believe, my mission every day!
