I currently serve as Group Director of Business Development at Hotel Bachmair Weissach GmbH & Co. KG. I have been part of the hotel group for over 10 years.

In this role, I lead the Leisure & MICE Sales divisions as well as the Events Department, overseeing the business development of several brands within the group — including the renowned Spa & Resort Bachmair Weissach, Hotel Bussi Baby, Berghotel Altes Wallberghaus, and the Bachmair Weissach Clubhaus on Lake Tegernsee.

My career path includes leadership roles at prestigious international hotel brands such as Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Dolce Hotels & Resorts, and Holiday Inn, where I gained extensive experience in sales and team management — from Sales Manager to Cluster Director of Sales.

I have consistently driven the strategic development of MICE operations and built high-performing teams across multiple properties.

Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Trent University (Canada) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management from the Swiss Hotel Management School, providing a solid foundation for my professional expertise.
