Born and raised in Cabo, Alex has been a nature enthusiast from a young age. His passion for Baja has taken him to some of the peninsula’s most breathtaking and remote places, while building meaningful connections with local communities and promoting responsible tourism.

With four years of experience in the travel and destination management industry, Alex brings a strong understanding of how to transform Baja’s natural environment into memorable, highly curated experiences for luxury travelers, corporate groups, and incentive programs. Prior to joining the DMC world, he worked in luxury hospitality, gaining valuable experience in delivering exceptional service and understanding the expectations of high-end guests.

From hiking secluded slot canyons and diving in the Sea of Cortez to creating unique off-the-beaten-path experiences for corporate groups, Alex combines his firsthand knowledge of Los Cabos with a passion for storytelling, service, and experiential travel. His goal is to showcase a more authentic side of Los Cabos while creating experiences that are seamless, impactful, and truly memorable for every group.
