Debora Piovesan doesn’t just manage events—she turns them into strategic narratives that inspire action. With over 20 years’ senior experience across the corporate, association and high-end tourism sectors, she has led departments and teams at Ericsson, Merck, Daiichi Sankyo and the European Society for Organ Transplantation (ESOT), overseeing everything from strategy to execution, managing complex operations and content-driven programs.

As a senior consultant, her main client is UNICEO®, where she serves as Head of Events, curating high-impact formats and partnerships for global leaders.

Working internationally, Debora supports organizations through interim leadership, project-based mandates or strategic event transformations.

Debora is active as a moderator and speaker on stakeholder engagement, strategic communication and experiential marketing. She holds a master in Marketing management and trained in theatrical direction, which she continues to apply in cultural programs and storytelling formats. Based in Rome, she’s lucky to call the Eternal City home — even if she mostly enjoys it between flights and suitcases.
