I’m a connector, storyteller, and strategist who believes meaningful relationships fuel meaningful work.

With nearly two decades of experience across digital marketing, event production, and leadership development, I bring a blend of tech-savvy strategy, curiosity, and human-centered energy to the work I do.

I founded Be Present LLC, a boutique event and marketing consulting firm built around a simple idea: being fully present changes how we lead, connect, communicate, and create.

I help leaders and organizations design experiences that engage with purpose—online, onsite, and everywhere in between.

That same curiosity about people and their stories led me to chinwag, a podcast centered on the kind of conversations that happen when we put down the script, ask better questions, and give people room to talk. It’s another extension of how I work: creating spaces where people feel seen, stories are worth telling, and connection isn’t transactional. I am grateful to co-host the 'wag experiences with Gabriella Robuccio.

Whether I’m producing an event, developing a strategy, hosting a conversation, or bringing people into the same room, my approach blends thoughtful strategy with authentic human connection. I’m especially drawn to the moments and details that turn a simple idea into something people actually remember.

Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring local coffee shops, catching live music, cheering on Arsenal FC, or intentionally putting the dang phone down—usually with an iced coffee nearby.
