Kristina Hentschel, MBA, is a strategic healthcare consultant, business moderator, and speaker with more than 20 years experience across the pharmaceutical sector and international NGO and EU collaborations. Living in Vienna, Kristina helps organizations design communication strategies, high‑impact conferences, business meetings, and leadership workshops across Europe.
Before founding her consultancy, Kristina held global marketing and leadership roles at Bayer AG, leading major brand initiatives, moderating global town halls and guiding cross‑functional transformation.
Kristina is Co‑Founder of #GoRed Austria and Founder of the Austrian chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, supporting gender health awareness, work‑life integration and women’s empowerment. Originally from Berlin, she lived and worked in Jordan for five years. Kristina enjoys reading, yoga and running.
