He is the author of Global Influence and has created frameworks such as S.H.I.F.T., C.A.L.M., and S.I.M.P.L.E.R. to support effective communication, leadership and personal development. His expertise extends to public speaking coaching, workplace communication and cross-cultural influence.

Jose has been invited to speak at TEDx and various business and leadership conferences. He holds a degree in international business and marketing, and has lived and worked in multiple countries, gaining a deep understanding of diverse professional environments.

Outside work, he enjoys CrossFit and traveling with his wife, Ana. Originally from Venezuela, he now lives in London with their cat, Maxi.
