My career in the events industry began in 2010, when I entered a comprehensive trainee program in Conference & Event Operations at one of Austria’s leading conference hotels. During this time, I gained hands‑on experience in every aspect of event execution—from coordinating logistics and supporting large conferences to understanding the operational workflows behind successful events.
Over the following years, I worked in several hotel environments, steadily expanding my responsibilities and professional expertise. This progression eventually led me into full event management, where I oversaw a wide range of corporate functions, private celebrations, and tailored client events.
For the past eight years, I have been responsible for organizing group and business travel on the island of Sylt. In this role, I develop customized concepts for our clients and partners, ensuring that each program reflects their expectations while highlighting the unique character of the island. I am deeply involved in the on‑site execution of events and play an essential part in creating seamless and memorable experiences for all attendees.
