Every experience — in work and in life — is a chance to grow and to connect with people in a meaningful way.
After years designing memorable events for major pharmaceutical and financial companies and for top football clubs, I felt the need to broaden my perspective. Moving into sales management allowed me to bring that same passion for experiences into building strategies, relationships, and opportunities that last.
Attending IMEX for the first time last year was a moment of real transformation for me. It gave me the chance to introduce Extro Hotels to an international audience, to tell our story with my own voice, and to create connections that turned into something extraordinary.
That journey led us to be chosen to host TEAM HOCKEY CANADA, the NHLPA, and to become the headquarters of TEAM USA during the MILANO CORTINA OLYMPIC GAMES — a milestone that still fills me with pride.
What guides me every day is the human side of this work: the conversations, the trust, the feeling of creating something meaningful together.
Outside of work, I find inspiration in traveling, photography, and running — ways to stay curious, grounded, and open. And the sea is my place of balance: sailing and diving help me reconnect with myself, with silence, and with the beauty of perspective.
