I began my career with Fortuna DMC in 2000 as a licensed tour guide for Mostar and the surrounding region. After completing my studies in German and Croatian language and literature, I joined the company full-time and have since developed extensive experience across all key operational areas, including corporate, incoming, and outgoing travel services.

Over the past 20+ years, I have held several senior roles, including Branch Manager and currently, Deputy Director. In my current position, I am responsible for leading strategic partnerships, negotiating and managing key contracts, and representing Fortuna DMC at international trade fairs and industry events.

A key focus of my work is the development and promotion of the MICE segment in our region, where we actively create new opportunities and tailor-made solutions for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events.
