Cvent
Reggie Aggarwal is the CEO and Founder of Cvent, a leading meetings, events and hospitality software company based in McLean, VA, with more than 5,000 employees and 24,000 customers globally. Cvent technology powers millions of in-person, virtual and hybrid events, and planners sourced over $18 billion of meetings business through Cvent’s platforms in 2024 alone.
Reggie founded Cvent in 1999 as a two-person startup and took it public in 2013 (NYSE:CVT). The company went private with Vista Equity Partners in 2016 for $1.65 billion, continued to scale, and went public again in December 2021 (Nasdaq:CVT). In June 2023, Blackstone took Cvent private for $4.6 billion.
