I'm currently serves as the General Director Mexico City Tourism Board (2024–2030). Previously, I was General Director of the National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), where I led key initiatives in housing and social welfare.
I'm a specialist in political economy with a social focus and in the protection of human rights. Since 2008, I has held various positions within the federal public administration, building a solid career as a public official.
Throughout my career, I has contributed as a commentator in media outlets and has participated in academic publications on economics and human rights.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), as well as postgraduate studies in Economics from the same university. Additionally, I earned a specialization in Energy and Environmental Policy and Management from the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO).
