Sirk Serendipity
Martin Sirk founded Sirk Serendipity in 2019, a consultancy focused on meeting design, association strategy, destination development and the social and economic impact of meetings. Martin is widely known as a commentator, designer and moderator, advising destinations, international associations, tech start‑ups and event organizations, including IMEX. He currently serves as Curator of The Iceberg, a global advocacy platform for the meetings industry.
From 2002 to 2018, Martin was CEO of ICCA. Before that, he held senior roles with Hilton International, Brighton and Hove City Council and the British Tourist Authority, gaining years of experience working on meetings and projects in regions around the world.
Martin divides his time between Amsterdam and California when he is not traveling for client work.
