He began his career as a theater sound engineer, gained extensive experience at a leading rental company, and transitioned into freelance planning and project management in 2012.

With a global track record in the automotive, medical, and financial sectors, Norbert has built a broad cultural expertise and an extensive international network. His role as a Consultant, Project manager, Planner, and Show caller has taken him and his clients to prestigious event venues and top-tier service providers across five continents.

Outside of his professional commitments, Norbert, a dedicated family father of two, enjoys playing the piano and billiards, exploring new destinations, and spending quality time with friends.
