Director, Enterprise Customer Success
Cvent
Kris is Director, Enterprise Customer Success at Cvent. She has been with Cvent for nine years, starting in the US as a customer success manager before moving to the Frankfurt office, where she led the European Enterprise CS team. After transitioning back to an individual contributor role, Kris now splits her time between client work and internal strategic projects. She developed and oversees the Center of Excellence and leads the planner-side sourcing adoption strategy. She holds a doctorate in Comparative Literature from Emory University. Kris lives and works in Frankfurt.
