Candice Beckman is a meetings and events professional with more than 20 years' experience creating high-impact programs that connect audiences, elevate brands and drive business results.
Candice began her career with the Chicago Mayor's Office of Special Events before moving into corporate meetings and events, supporting clients primarily in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors through a third-party agency. She joined PSAV, now Encore, in 2018 as an Event Manager and is now Senior Manager, Industry Engagement & Events, where she manages relationships with industry partners, leads the IR Ambassador Program and oversees Encore brand activations and customer-facing events. In recognition of her leadership and industry contributions, Candice was named a Smart Women in Meetings winner in 2025 and one of Meetings Today's Women to Watch in 2026.
Candice lives in Chicago with her husband and their two cats. Outside work, she enjoys cooking and entertaining friends and family.
