Stephanie Jayko, CSEP, is the founder and executive producer of KO Pro Events, a consultancy specializing in culturally inclusive event strategy, experiential storytelling and executive speaker coaching. With more than a decade of experience in event production, she helps corporate clients align event design with brand strategy, audience engagement and innovative execution.
A Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP) and a current candidate for the Certified Event Designer (CED) designation, Stephanie is also certified in International Business and Cultural Etiquette. She has been recognized as a Smart Meetings Smart Women in Meetings: Industry Leader and a BizBash 40 Under 40 honoree.
Her background in live theater, combined with expertise in content strategy and global event execution, enables her to create impactful experiences for diverse audiences. She frequently consults on high-profile corporate events, helping executives and teams enhance their onstage presence.
Outside events, she enjoys hiking, traveling and restoring antique furniture.
