to discover and share a modern take on Japanese tradition:

bar serves up delicious Robata and Swiss Wagyu entrecote tataki

from our local suppliers. All influenced by the freshness and

diversity of the Japanese Alps and served with a side order of

music and laughter. It’s a culinary experience that awakens the
