We recently engaged in a path towards sustainability with Green Key.

The Hotel is very active within the local community:

- We already helped build a school

- Provide apprenticeships in the pastry for kids with Down syndrome

- Fundraised to build an orphelinage

Action to protect the Environment:

- Planted 1500 olive trees, 1500 lemon trees and currently use their fruits in our kitchen for our guests

- Adopted 2 lovely donkeys (Sugar and Brownie) from a local ONG (Jarjeer) who now live in the hotel premises.

Governance Actions:

- We comply with all HCCP guidelines

- We respect local laws with regards to employment (no children labor)

- We promote wellbeing and internal promotions for our employees
