Congress metropolis Hamburg

Exciting and diverse locations, an  impressive range of hotels, good accessibility and one of the largest  and most modern congress centres in Europe – these are the first  attributes that describe Hamburg as a congress metropolis. Numerous world-class events have  already taken place in Hamburg and have always proven that Hamburg is a  city that can accommodate any kind of event. Not only because we provide  the necessary infrastructure in Hamburg, but also because people in  Hamburg work hand in hand in a spirit of partnership and passion.

Some examples of conventions that have been visible worldwide were  the Lions Clubs International Convention in the summer of 2013 with  around 23,000 guests from all over the world and the Rotary  International Convention 2019, which attracted more than 26,000 guests  from 170 countries to Hamburg.

Especially in the scientific field, Hamburg is a city that can boast  world-class congresses and conferences. These include the ITS World  Congress 2021 with around 13,000 participants or the 22nd Euretina  Congress with a total of 6,600 guests.
