Kevin Hinton has more than 20 years' experience in the global meetings and travel industry. He currently serves as Managing Director for Group Travel at the U.S. Travel Association in Washington, DC, where he leads the organization’s strategy to grow group travel to and within the United States.
Kevin is a frequent speaker on the value of face‑to‑face meetings and has held several prominent leadership roles, including International Board Chair for MPI and CEO of SITE, as well as serving on the Board of the Events Industry Council. He earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential in 2023.
Outside work, Kevin practices yoga, plays tennis, skis, and enjoys time with his two daughters, Amber (24) and Sophia (19), who keep him on his toes.
