Roger leads the Procurement Department, where he oversees the sourcing process for team members across 20 countries. With more than 35 years’ experience in international markets, he brings deep industry insight to his role. Roger has been active in the meetings industry since 2003, focusing on business development and global team support.

Before transitioning to the meetings sector, Roger spent a decade in the airline industry specializing in revenue management. He worked with three different airlines across domestic and international markets, serving for seven years as Director of Pricing and Revenue Management. This background has proven valuable in his collaboration with hotels and clients, as revenue management has become a vital component of the meetings industry.

Roger holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and a master’s degree from the School of International Service at the American University.
