Trainer of Facilitators
Brickolution
Matthias Renner is one of 19 certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Trainers within the Association of Master Trainers. Based in the DACH region, he facilitates organizational workshops and delivers trainer education programs across Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.
Matthias trained in fine dining at Hotel Bareiss and studied Media Informatics before specializing in process architecture and organizational systems at IDS Scheer. He obtained his LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator certification in 2016 and later qualified as a trainer, working closely with the method’s founders.
He is co-author of La méthode LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and focuses on enabling clarity, courageous decision-making and sustained momentum through collaborative processes.
Outside work, he is an active member of the Lions Club.
