Dr. Prateep Beed holds a master’s in cognitive psychology (from Max Planck, Germany) and a PhD in neuroscience (Charité, Germany), with more than 15 years' expertise in strategic planning, mental health and decision-making. He has led workshops, curated immersive spaces and designed events that integrate neuro-inclusion, mindfulness and inner-world skill development.
In December 2024, he launched neuro360.de to help event planners craft emotionally impactful experiences using neuroscience-driven strategies and designs. By collaborating with forward-thinking clients in the events industry, he aims to scale these approaches, ensuring future meetings and events become transformative experiences that leave lasting impressions on all attendees.

By integrating systems thinking, effective learning strategies and holistic integration of the experience, we are able to design meetings that engage diverse needs, foster deep focus, and ensure long-term integration of ideas for sustained impact.
