Gabriella Antoniotti is the Business Leader for the Americas at FCM Meetings & Events, where she oversees strategy, operations and growth across North America. With more than a decade of experience at FCM, she has held leadership roles spanning operations, business improvement and event delivery in both the US and Australia.
Her career has focused on implementing scalable processes, developing high-performing teams, and driving excellence in event execution for global clients. Before her current role, she served as Head of Operations and Director of Business Improvement, where she led initiatives to optimize service models and elevate client experience.
Based in New York, outside work, she enjoys spending time with her young son, Luca.
