Event Design Collective
Ingrid Rip is Director of Event Design Collective Netherlands and an event strategist, designer and trainer with over 30 years’ experience in the international meetings and events industry. Her work focuses on helping organizations move beyond program-driven thinking toward outcome-driven events that create measurable value.
Her purpose is clear: to help people and organizations stop designing mediocre events. Ingrid supports associations, corporations and agencies in aligning stakeholders, clarifying what needs to change, and designing events that drive engagement, decision-making and long-term impact.
She has worked with the Event Canvas methodology since 2014 and has been part of the international Event Design Collective since 2019. Outside work, Ingrid enjoys developing her creativity, riding horses and spending time in nature.
