Soundings Connect
Tracy Judge is the Founder and CEO of Soundings, a talent and workforce solutions company supporting the business events industry. She leads efforts to connect organizations with freelance and full-time professionals while advising clients on agile talent strategies and workforce planning.
Under her leadership, Soundings has grown into a global network of more than 3,800 professionals. Tracy’s work focuses on integrating technology, including AI, into talent strategies and helping organizations adapt to changing workforce needs. She also serves on the CSU AI Workforce Acceleration Board, representing the hospitality and events industry.
Tracy brings over 15 years’ experience across operations, sales and executive leadership within the business events sector and has previously held roles spanning event management and business development. She holds an MA in Hospitality and Tourism from San Diego State University and a BA in Hospitality Management from Drexel University. Tracy is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS).
Outside work, Tracy enjoys living by the water and splits her time between beach towns in San Diego and Mexico with her dog, Chooch. She also enjoys traveling to see friends and family and exploring music and art.
