James Lancaster is the Editorial Director of Northstar Meetings Group – UK, and the editor of AMI Magazine, the leading publication for association executives and congress organizers. An ambassador for The Iceberg, a Joint Meetings Industry Council project to document and quantify the legacies of business and professional events, James is a seasoned moderator and panelist on issues relating to the meetings industry and the international association sector. He recently served on the communications committee of Net Zero Carbon Events, the event industry’s joint effort to eliminate its carbon emissions by 2050 in an accordance with the Paris Agreement. James lives in a rural corner of South West England and enjoys music, literature, history and walking his dog Betty.
