Multinational team retreat

We partnered with SEON Technologies to design and deliver a full-day team-building event for 250 employees from all around the world. The goal was to create a vibrant, inclusive experience that reflected SEON’s dynamic startup culture and brought together their international team.

We transformed the industrial venue into a multi-zone experience. Activities ranged from outdoor sports and indoor climbing to vintage train car lounges and a rooftop chill zone. We also incorporated artisan elements, including a popular embroidery workshop, to add a personal and creative touch.

The event was organised within a two-week timeframe, requiring agile coordination and strong supplier collaboration. The result was a seamless, high-energy celebration that strengthened team bonds and reflected SEON’s values of innovation, openness, and community.
