Multi-day leadership summit

We had the pleasure of organising a three-day experience for Orbico Group's annual General Manager Summit, welcoming 75 managers from across their global network. The event was designed to foster leadership alignment, cultural immersion, and team cohesion.

The programme began with a guided exploration of Buda Castle and its historic surroundings, followed by a gala dinner featuring live music—all executed with a focus on sustainability. The second day brought a unique twist: the “Orbico Group Derby” at Kincsem Park, where horse races were themed after Orbico’s various country teams, encouraging spirited engagement and friendly competition. The final day featured a scenic Danube River cruise, culminating in thoughtful, eco-conscious gifts—including locally made chocolate and notebooks supporting the Autistic Art Foundation.
