About
There are three types of sensory experiences happening at your events. At one extreme, there are the sensory seekers, loving the constant stimulation and, for the most part, thriving. At the other end are the sensory sensitive, struggling with overwhelm, putting a mask on, diminishing their personality in order to survive. And in between, those with a little of both, who can be the extrovert for a while, but whose energy dissipates over time, causing tiredness, disengagement, lack of recall for example.
It's a new world of hybrid working, increased awareness of neuro-types and post-covid amplified sensitivity to travel, crowds, energy levels and sustainability. It’s time to design our events with these factors in mind.
Come and learn some simple tips using sensory design insights - to create events which deliver better business outcomes for all.
