Head of Sales
BASF Türk
Tanju Cepheli is Head of Sales for the Pharma Solutions Department, and is responsible for sales in Europe, Turkey, the Middle East and Africa.
She is also a part of the Global Management Team at Pharma Solutions.
She studied business administration and economy at Fachhochschule für Betriebswirtschaft in Germany and started as a product manager at BASF 33 years ago, before working in different business units as area sales manager, and in global roles at headquarters, and as a global key account manager for Bayer and Merck.
She has Professional Coach and Team Coach Certificates from Erickson Coach School and has received best supplier awards from Eczacibasi Ilac and Bayer AG.

The Brussels Declaration is a manifesto from the European Women's Management Development (EWMD) network on closing gender gaps. Women need to be visible at work because success, influence and career opportunities are all linked to visibility. Visible women are more likely to be considered for promotion and leadership. Visibility helps to break down prejudices and establish women as experts. Those who are seen are also heard.
