As an international expert for leadership and customer delight, Nadine travels the world for her customers. 34 countries and 68 nationalities so far. As a trainer, coach, facilitator and speaker, she has eased her customers's paths for more than 25 years. She is founder of N² Consulting & Training and a graduate psychologist, certified trainer and coach. She is an expert in virtual collaboration, live online training, leadership, customer enthusiasm, DEI&A and organizational, team and personal resilience. She is International Co-President of EWMD and a member of Ouissal.
In her role as one of the two Co-Presidents of EWMD International, Nadine is the driving force behind the Brussels Declaration, addressing gender disparities and advocating for inclusive policies and actions across all EU institutions.

The Brussels Declaration is a manifesto from the European Women's Management Development (EWMD) network on closing gender gaps. Women need to be visible at work because success, influence and career opportunities are all linked to visibility. Visible women are more likely to be considered for promotion and leadership. Visibility helps to break down prejudices and establish women as experts. Those who are seen are also heard.
