Nuria Fernández Roldán is an expert in online education with more than 14 years’ experience in learning design, 10 focused on digital and hybrid formats. Passionate about lifelong learning, she specializes in developing creative, learner-centered strategies that adapt to changing industry needs and support professional growth across generations.
Currently, she serves as Online Learning Specialist at Kenes Group, where she designs educational experiences for global healthcare congresses such as Advanced Technologies & Treatments for Diabetes (ATTD) and World Hospital at Home (WHAH). Her work centers on innovation in professional development, leveraging technology and data to shape agile and impactful learning ecosystems.
Nuria’s background spans instructional design for international companies across the education, publishing and lifestyle sectors, as well as large-scale educational projects aimed at human-centered learning. She has also taught online university courses, helping train future educators in the use of technology for language learning.
