Founder & Creative Director
innosensi
Kim Arazi is an experience designer focused on redefining meaningful human connection in today’s fast‑paced world. She is the Founder and Creative Director of innosensi, a sensory innovation studio that helps organizations move beyond surface‑level engagement to create experiences that shift how people think, feel and relate.
After years curating international conferences, Kim identified a recurring gap: events often captured attention but didn’t generate lasting internal impact. She now designs experiences that help people reconnect with themselves and each other in a more embodied and intentional way.
Kim’s methodology blends neuroscience, behavioral science and Human Design—a system that explores how individuals use their energy, make decisions and interact. By applying these insights to experience architecture, Kim supports teams in better understanding audience dynamics and group chemistry.
Her signature multisensory dining experiences, where each course advances a narrative, have been featured at global conferences and organizations including the United Nations, the Stanford Executive Program and the Young Presidents’ Organization. Kim is also a sought‑after keynote speaker who encourages audiences to reconsider how we design for meaningful connection.
