After completing her apprenticeship as a specialist clerk for office communication in 2015, Lisa gained international experience at Merck in the UK. She has held key roles in the CEO office, healthcare, and internal communications and social engagement, where she coordinated and executed internal and executive events. Currently, Lisa leads Global Congress Operations, where she strategically plans and executes logistics for global congresses across three franchises, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Lisa is committed to continuous learning and professional growth. Renowned for her organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to foster cross-functional collaborations, she is passionate about enhancing project efficiency and actively contributing to Merck's mission: As One for Patients.
