Managing Director
Olympiapark München GmbH
Marion has been at Olympiapark since 2010 and Managing Director since 2017. She has also been a member of the IOC Sustainability and Legacy Commission since 2019 and Vice President from 2021-2024. She is Treasurer of the EVVC since 2024 (European Association of Event Centers e. V.).
Her areas of focus are the promotion of women and sustainability.

Professional female networks play a crucial role in women's career advancement. With a shift to right-wing governments, there is a danger that women's rights could be limited (in the US leading corporations are abolishing their Gender Diversity and Inclusion departments). Women need to join forces and network. How important are female networks for women personally? What can we achieve together?
