Pigalle Tavakkoli is the Founder and Director of the School of Experience Design and the author of The Experience Design Building Blocks. She is an international keynote speaker recognized by Educators for Impact, a European consortium of academies, businesses and networks, for her innovative teaching methods.
Pigalle specializes in the art and science of designing emotions, shifting thoughts and supporting behavior change for long‑lasting results. She develops tailored training and consultancy for global organizations and brands across events, products, services and communication projects, including Apple, Philips, The Guardian, L’Oréal and Unilever.
Due to the international reach of her work, Pigalle stays closely connected to emerging trends and future directions for audiences. She shares her knowledge as a Council Member of the World Experience Organization (WXO), Jury Member for the European Best Event Awards (EBEA) and Board Member for the World Future Awards.
