Ángeles Moreno is the General Manager Iberia at Jack Morton Worldwide, where she leads the agency’s growth across Spain and Portugal through strategic partnerships and experiential marketing programs for international brands. With more than 25 years' experience in tourism, hospitality and event marketing, Ángeles has founded and scaled several businesses in the sector, including OLE Special Events.
Ángeles has also guided destinations, corporations and international organizations through strategic growth and transformation. She previously served as Country Manager in Spain for AIM Group International and as Congress Director and curator of the Tourism Innovation Summit (TIS), shaping global conversations on innovation, digital transformation and sustainable development in tourism and events.
Ángeles leads the EVA Alliance, a global community for senior women leaders in event marketing and brand experience. She holds an MBA and executive education credentials from ESERP Business School and Rutgers Business School. Outside work, she mentors emerging leaders and supports initiatives that advance responsible growth and innovation.
