Her practical approach has led to regular appearances on Sky News, BBC Radio and other media outlets. She delivers keynotes and workshops for organizations including Cambridge University, the Francis Crick Institute and Premier League football clubs.
Vanessa holds a BA and MA in Social and Biological Anthropology from Cambridge University. Her background includes roles in sustainability consulting, behavior change and recipe development.
She delivers both in-person and virtual sessions globally and enjoys travel, scuba diving, food markets and dancing.
