Submitting your booth design

Booth constructors must submit booth plans for approval by April 3, 2025 (March 27 for two-story booths). As soon as exhibitors have registered their main booth constructor, they can sign in or create an IMEX account and follow the on-screen instructions to submit the booth plan.

Request floor plan	Email hello@imexevents.com to request a copy of the IMEX floor plan. State the booth name and where possible the booth number.

Sustainable exhibiting

All exhibitors and booth builders are encouraged to reduce the environmental impact of their show participation from the materials they use, to the amount they bring to the show.
